Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a business transformation program focused on improving operational efficiency, customer outcomes and business processes across a complex healthcare services environment.

Working closely with operational stakeholders, business leaders and technology teams, you will play a key role in understanding current business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives. You will be responsible for documenting current and future state processes, creating high-quality business analysis artefacts, supporting testing and implementation activities, and helping ensure solutions are aligned to business objectives.

This role requires a strong communicator who can build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups, navigate ambiguity and translate complex business problems into practical, implementable solutions. Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, health services, aged care or similarly regulated environments will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

  • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong business process mapping, current-state/future-state analysis and process improvement capability.
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements documents and associated BA artefacts.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business transformation, operational improvement, implementation or integration initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting UAT, defect management, business readiness, go-live and hypercare activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Experience working within healthcare, pharmacy, health services, aged care, medical, clinical or other regulated environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise technology platforms such as CRM, ERP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or similar business systems.
