In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Business Information Systems (BIS) by serving as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team(s). You will be responsible for understanding business needs, prioritizing requirements, and documenting bugs or defects identified as a result of an investigation into a user query, using applicable software development management tools. This role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Develop a partnership with stakeholders across various departments to gather and prioritize business requirements.
Thought partner with Application Owner to prioritize User Stories, Bugs, and enhancements, based on business value.
Collaborate with the application owner and business stakeholders to create and manage a product backlog that accurately reflects the most current business priorities.
Be a Subject Matter Expert for compliance processes, work closely with development teams, provide clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
Partner with project managers, developers, and QA teams to plan and coordinate product releases.
Provide input to processes across the compliance team regarding test strategies to support UAT for planned enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to complete UAT promptly, supporting production releases.
Manage full-cycle queries from within the compliance function and from other users interacting with compliance systems. This includes identifying and resolving test problems with engineering, compliance, and regulatory agencies.
Support implementing process measurement by comparing operational system data to Signavio processes.
Support release management, including risk assessment and contingency planning.
Interact with various stakeholders from across the business, attend meetings and present ideas, and help develop solutions
