Senior Case Engineer – IBM FileNet Case Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Case Engineer with extensive experience in IBM FileNet P8, IBM Case Manager (ICM), IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), and IBM Content Navigator (ICN). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Case Management and Content Management solutions while driving technical excellence across delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise Case Management solutions using IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager.
• Configure case types, workflows, business processes, roles, and in-baskets.
• Develop custom components, ICN plugins, integrations, and APIs.
• Build scalable REST/SOAP-based integrations with enterprise applications.
• Perform solution design, technical reviews, impact assessments, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, modernization, and release activities.
• Create technical design documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager.
• Strong expertise in:
o IBM FileNet Content Engine (CE)
o IBM Process Engine (PE)
o IBM Case Manager (ICM)
o IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
o IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
• Strong development experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Experience developing custom widgets, ICN plugins, and workflow solutions.
• Good understanding of Case Builder, Process Designer, ACCE, and ECM architecture.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Preferred Skills
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.
• Knowledge of ReactJS/Angular integrations and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to ECM migration and modernization initiatives.
• IBM FileNet, BAW, or related certifications.
