The opportunity  

This role leads enterprise-wide change and workforce transformation programs across a global organisation, ensuring change is delivered in a structured, consistent and people-focused way. It plays a key role in enabling successful transformation by aligning strategy, leadership and employee experience to drive lasting adoption.

Your new role 

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end change strategy and approach for enterprise workforce transformation projects, working closely with senior leaders, People and Communications teams to support the transition and embed change effectively across the organisation. You’ll operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, ensuring change is well managed and successfully adopted across diverse global teams. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Leading the design and governance of enterprise change frameworks, standards and quality across a global network 

  • Partnering with senior leaders to build strong change leadership capability and visible sponsorship 

  • Designing and delivering readiness initiatives to support leaders and employees through change 

  • Driving workforce transition planning and delivery in collaboration with People teams across multiple jurisdictions 

  • Assessing change impacts, risks and dependencies, and implementing effective mitigation strategies 

About you 

We’re looking for an experienced change leader who thrives in complex, global environments and can balance strategic thinking with practical delivery. You’ll be confident engaging senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse teams, with a strong focus on delivering meaningful, people-led outcomes. 

Key requirements: 

  • Proven experience leading large-scale change management of workforce transformation in complex organisations 

  • Strong ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions and regions 

  • Deep understanding of change management frameworks and their practical application at scale 

  • Experience delivering change across global, multi-country environments 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability, particularly in ambiguous or evolving environments 

  • Ability to use data and insights to shape change strategy and measure effectiveness
