We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Client Executive with our awesome team in Sydney.

The Role:

As the Senior Client Executive, you will primarily be responsible for the implementation and buying of media activity on behalf of our clients.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Proactively support team members, particularly client managers
  • Address client inquiries, providing reporting and basic planning assistance.
  • Manage data for planning, purchasing, and reporting across TV.
  • Maintain Media Plans and Production Schedules with meticulous accuracy.
  • Generate comprehensive post-campaign reports.
  • Coordinate with key media partners to guarantee campaign fulfillment.
  • Ensure precise invoicing for clients, managing timely delivery and resolving account queries and outstanding debts.
  • Gather data for competitor analyses, tracking media industry trends and conducting live research.

A bit about you:

  • You have solid media partner relationships and product knowledge and the ability to engage and adhere to our partner engagement approach to drive the best outcomes for your client.
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines.
  • Proficiency in supporting on building of documentation and strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support Client & Digital Managers
  • Strong implementational and executional background with experience across offline and digital media tools and platforms

Salary range for this role is $81,600 to $83,000 per annum inclusive of Superannuation - dependent on experience and skill level.
