Join our Wealth division and take on a pivotal leadership role within our Client Services team. We’re looking for a Senior Client Services Manager who thrives on driving exceptional client outcomes, developing high-performing teams, and keeping operations running at their best. This role would ideally be based in Melbourne, however flexible dependent on the candidate. 

 This is a full-time opportunity for confident professional with proven leadership experience or strong leadership potential ready to make their mark in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. If you’re passionate about people, process, and performance, we’d love to hear from you.


Your role, your contribution!  

  • Lead and coach a client-facing team, managing workflow to ensure service levels and turnaround times are consistently met
  • Deliver exceptional client service while meeting agreed service levels, turnaround timeframes, and quality standards
  • Report on monthly on KPIs and team performance
  • Manage staff development through training, feedback, and performance planning
  • Build strong relationships with clients, Advisers, and internal stakeholders across Adviser Services and Product Services teams
  • Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements including ISO 9001 standards

What you bring to the role:  

  • Proven experience in client services within financial services, wealth management, or a similar environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team to capacity and consistently meeting performance benchmarks
  • Advanced MS Office skills and hands-on experience with industry-specific software and platforms
  • Sound knowledge of investment platforms and MDA models
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or a relevant industry qualification (tertiary qualifications advantageous & preferred)
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
