This is a full-time, permanent position based in Brisbane, with hybrid working (3 days in the office).
 

What you'll be doing

  • Helping onboard new client accounts, preparing and implementing advice documents, and keeping client information accurate and up to date.
  • Managing the practical side of investments - checking asset transfers, processing buys and sells, handling withdrawals and contributions, and liaising directly with financial institutions.
  • Working closely with Advisers, Partners, and the wider Client Services and Corporate teams.
  • Making sure everything you touch is completed on time and to the right standard.
