This role will be based from QLD, NSW or VIC.

What You'll Be Doing

As a CRA, you will play a critical role in ensuring clinical trials are conducted safely, ethically and efficiently while building strong partnerships with investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists and sponsors. 

You will:

  • Independently manage and monitor assigned sites
  • Use critical thinking to guide delivery of assigned projects
  • Build strong relationships to partner with investigators and site personnel
  • Drive site performance and patient recruitment
  • Have strong support from dedicated IHCRA and Regulatory Start-Up teams
  • Partner with sponsors and internal teams to successfully deliver clinical trials
  • Protect participant safety and ensure the quality and integrity of clinical trial data

What We're Looking For:

CRA III

  • Requires at least 2 years independent monitoring experience
  • SCRA requires at least 4 years monitoring  experience 
  • You must have experience in SSU including SIVs to be considered for this opportunity


You will also have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences or a related discipline
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial conduct
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A passion for clinical research and improving outcomes for patients
