Independently run workstreams, support client workshops, provide estimates, mitigate risks, share knowledge, and develop reusable components and practice accelerators while collaborating with delivery and growth teams.

Summary
As a Senior Consultant – Intelligent Modernisation you will bring strong expertise in cloud native development consistently demonstrating solid consulting behaviours. You will play a critical role in delivering value to clients, contributing technical depth, and supporting the development of reusable IP within the Intelligent Modernisation Practice.
What You’ll Do
· Deliver hands‑on technical work aligned to defined scope, quality standards, and timelines
· Operate independently on individual workstreams while collaborating effectively within a delivery team
· Contribute technical expertise to solution design, implementation, migration, or engineering work
· Support client workshops by preparing materials, providing subject matter insight, and documenting outcomes
· Provide accurate estimates for your own work and highlight risks or blockers early
· Work closely with other Consultants to ensure alignment to delivery plans and architecture direction
· Share knowledge internally, contributing to community of practice sessions or Lunch & Learn content
· Develop reusable components, documentation, or accelerators to support the practice
· Collaborate with internal teams such as the Growth team when additional technical detail is required
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in AWS cloud services and cloud-native development with deep understanding of modernisation pathways

- Experience with the following also preferred:

- Knowledge or exposure to Integration development with modern platforms (such as Salesforce, Sitecore, MuleSoft) desired
- Good Understanding of DevOps Practices and experience with CI/CD tooling
- Experience in Enterprise Environments
- Previous Consulting Experience OR solid understanding of consulting behaviours and delivery expectations
- Clear communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
