Design agentic AI systems using Anthropic and AWS, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, LLM assistants, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI controls. Develop and deploy models with Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, integrate solutions with enterprise platforms, and deliver end-to-end AI systems while collaborating directly with clients across regulated industries.

Owns the end-to-end professional services sales process, from developing new business and enterprise accounts through opportunity conversion and delivery alignment. Builds strategic client relationships, manages account plans and deal strategies, develops pipelines, and collaborates with sales, consulting, recruitment, and AWS partner teams. The role also contributes to go-to-market strategy and uses AI tools to enhance sales cycles and customer-facing content.

Lead cloud migration and transformation engagements for enterprise clients, owning delivery outcomes, technical quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Design and implement AWS landing zones, network architectures, migration roadmaps, hybrid and multi-cloud solutions, disaster recovery, and modernisation patterns. Lead consultant pods, coach senior staff, support estimation and business cases, and contribute to reusable consulting accelerators. Apply infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, automation, and emerging AI-enabled migration practices.

Lead client cloud transformation engagements involving AWS migration strategy, portfolio assessment, solution architecture, implementation, infrastructure operations, and hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Lead delivery pods, manage scope and risks, guide consultants, engage stakeholders, support estimating, and contribute to reusable accelerators. Design secure AWS landing zones, networks, distributed systems, modernization architectures, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code solutions while advising customers and presenting strategies to senior audiences.

Lead enterprise AWS migration and cloud transformation engagements, owning delivery outcomes, customer relationships, technical strategy, and solution implementation. Assess current environments, develop migration roadmaps, design secure landing zones and distributed architectures, and guide infrastructure and operations work. Lead consultant pods, manage risks and stakeholders, contribute to estimates and reusable accelerators, and coach senior consultants. Apply AWS migration tools, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, automation, disaster recovery, cost optimization, and modernization practices.
