Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities? We’re seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA). As a key player in our recruitment process, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Requirements of the Role-

  • Champion the Candidate Experience: From initial contact to onboarding, you’ll ensure that every candidate feels valued and supported throughout the recruitment journey

  • Sourcing and Pipelining: Use your expertise to identify top talent through various channels, build candidate pipelines, and maintain relationships with potential hires

  • Administrative Excellence: Coordinate interviews, manage reference checks, and support our Senior Talent Acquisition Consultants in their day-to-day tasks

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance our employer brand, ensuring consistent messaging both internally and externally

  • Graduate Recruitment: Support our graduate recruitment initiatives, helping us attract fresh talent to the RBA

  • Reporting and Compliance: Stay on top of reporting requirements and ensure adherence to relevant policies and standards

Qualifications and Skills-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR administration in a Central bank preferable

  • Experience using Workday

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technology
