Position Overview

The Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success organization is seeking a talented, accomplished, and enthusiastic individual to join our APAC Consulting Services team as a Senior Consulting Project Manager. 

As a Senior Consulting Project Manager, you will use your industry and technical knowledge to help our customers put innovative design, engineering, and construction solutions into real-world practice. You will work directly with our largest and most strategic customers to manage consulting engagements including process improvement, implementation and deployment strategies, software training, configuration, mentoring and technical guidance.

Providing these services will ensure customers are maximizing the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies and ensuring the success of transformational changes to their business.

This position can be based anywhere in Australia and will be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple consulting projects across various customers simultaneously

  • Lead and manage internal and external resources effectively to meet project objectives

  • Maintain open communication amongst account team and project team members, leading project review meetings

  • Translate project objectives and vision into clear goals for the team

  • Managing team members to achieve project objectives

  • Defining project resource plans, including internal and contract resources

  • Monitoring projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters

  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and project control tools utilising standard PM processes

  • Performing project plan analysis and evaluating risk and developing risk mitigation plans

  • Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships while maintaining effective communication channels

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within an IT-related field

  • PMP / PMI qualified or equivalent

  • Proven experience leading teams to achieve project objectives and successfully delivering projects within cost and schedule constraints

  • An ability to review and write scopes of work, project-related documentation, and develop and present presentations

  • Experience in consulting or service delivery to architect and design solutions based on business requirements

  • A strong sense of ownership with a bias for action
