We’re partnering with a business operating at the intersection of large-scale infrastructure, technology platforms, and digital services, currently looking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel into its high-performing in-house team.

This is a genuinely business-facing, senior role — sitting at the heart of key operational divisions and strategic initiatives, with a strong focus on commercial contracting and stakeholder engagement.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice across a diverse range of matters.

You’ll be involved in large-scale technology projects, complex contract negotiations, and have the opportunity to influence decision-making at a strategic level — not just advise from the sidelines.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements
  • Supporting major projects and strategic initiatives across multiple business units
  • Delivering clear, commercial legal advice to senior stakeholders
  • Identifying and managing legal and regulatory risk in a fast-paced environment
  • Acting as a trusted adviser and building strong internal relationships
  • Contributing to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and mentoring within the team

About You

  • Minimum of 6+ years’ PQE with a strong grounding in commercial contracts
  • Experience acquired in a top-tier/mid-tier firm and/or in-house environment
  • Strong capability in negotiating complex, high-value agreements
  • Experience in technology, digital platforms, SaaS, cloud or data environments
  • Commercially sharp, solutions-oriented, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders

Why This Role Stands Out

  • High-impact role with direct exposure to senior decision-makers
  • Broad, engaging work across strategic projects and day-to-day operations
  • Well-regarded, collaborative legal team
  • Flexible working environment

If you’re looking for a role where you can step closer to the business, influence outcomes, and work on genuinely interesting, tech-driven projects, let’s have a confidential discussion. Please send your CV to [email protected].
