We’re seeking a talented, detail-oriented Senior Creative Designer to join our growing Entain Venues marketing team and help shape the visual expression of our brand. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and key stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design that supports business objectives and strengthens brand presence across multiple channels.

As Senior Creative Designer, you’ll be responsible for translating ideas and briefs into visually compelling creative—balancing creativity with clarity, strategy, and consistency. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of projects, from campaign assets to brand and digital design, and who takes pride in producing work that is both visually engaging and purposeful.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re adaptable, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who brings strong creative thinking, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for design, while also being confident working independently and taking ownership of their work.

• Respond to creative briefs by producing high-quality, on-brand artwork across a range of digital, animated and print collateral, taking responsibility for the entire process from initial brief to artwork delivery.
• Serve as the go-to expert on the brand’s guidelines and visual identity. Offer guidance and support to team members on how to apply brand style appropriately across different contexts, ensuring that every design adheres to the established standards.
• Work across large-scale or high-impact projects, using advanced design skills to deliver compelling, creative and highly refined on-brand solutions.
• Work effectively with both Creative and Internal teams to interpret project goals, provide input, and guide design outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, coupled with a commitment to learn to ensure your skills are well-honed and relevant.

• At least 5 years of creative experience, either in-house or agency.
• Exceptional creative output with amazing attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a love of collaboration.
• Experience managing workflow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•  Experience in HTML5 / GWD / Animated or motion graphics would be looked upon very favourably
• Exposure to CAPE or a similar campaign automation platform will be favourable.
