The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Senior CSR Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career to be part of our team, providing leadership to others and design solutions for major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

  • RIW competency or the ability to obtain within 6 months

  • Complete the planning, design and execution of projects working with large infrastructure teams

  • Demonstrate a client focus with proven experience in delivering great project outcomes in the past

  • Be involved in close coordination with construction teams and external stakeholders to develop the best project solution

  • Prepare technically sound, well written and easily understood proposals and reports

  • Proactively provide direction, mentoring and support to colleagues, bid teams and project staff

  • Polished communication skills with the ability to navigate project issues

  • Ability to resource, plan and execute complex programs
