This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the Bank’s mission by proactively identifying, assessing, and managing cybersecurity risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Reporting to the Manager, Cyber Risk & Compliance, this is a metrics‑focused, analytics‑heavy specialty role. You will design and deliver high‑quality, data‑driven insights that inform senior leaders, uplift risk maturity, and support reporting obligations to the board and other governing boards.

About the role

  • Develop and maintain Cyber Risk, Compliance and Assurance dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
  • Produce clear and impactful executive and Board‑level metrics, Operational metrics, KRIs and KPIs that reflect cyber risk posture and control effectiveness.
  • Aggregate and analyse data from multiple sources (incidents, vulnerabilities, audits, controls, risk registers) to identify trends and insights.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure metrics align with standards such as CPS 234, ISO 27001, and the ACSC Top 37, internal standards, and enterprise risk frameworks.

  • Provide analytical support for cyber audits, compliance assessments, and Line 1/Line 2 reporting.
  • Enhance data quality, automation, and reporting consistency across Cyber Security and Risk functions.
  • Contribute to reporting for operational resilience activities such as BIA, BCP metrics, scenario analysis and control assurance.
  • Maintain documentation of metric definitions, data sources, assumptions and reporting standards.

About You

You bring a unique combination of cyber risk understanding and advanced analytical/reporting capability. You can turn complex cyber information into meaningful insights and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Essential Skills

  • Advanced Power BI capability, including data ingestion and dashboard design.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, ideally across cyber, risk, compliance or operational datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience building senior leadership or Board-level reporting.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex metrics, trends, and cyber risk insights confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of cyber risk and compliance concepts such as CPS 234, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Essential Eight, and control frameworks.
  • Experience working with cyber or risk tools (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanners, GRC systems, risk registers).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Line 1 and Line 2 stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication skills with proven ability to simplify complex information.

Desirable

  • Prior experience in Cyber Risk & Compliance, cyber assurance, or cyber governance roles.
  • Experience with operational resilience or compliance reporting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise GRC or risk platforms
  • Experience in financial services, central banking, or another highly regulated environment.

Other Requirements
