We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead a key supply chain transformation project. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of data discovery, solution design, quality assurance, and issue resolution. Your deep understanding of supply chain functions, coupled with your ability to translate user stories into actionable data and analytics requirements, will drive transformative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data and Analytics Analysts, working on both business and transformational initiatives. While this is a 24-month contract, there is potential for extension or permanency, offering further opportunities to lead and grow a team of associates.
Let's Talk About the Role
Data Discovery and Analysis:

Conduct thorough data discovery to identify key data sources and understand the current data landscape.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements from a data readiness perspective.

Identify business processes and respective process owners related to the creation/maintenance of critical data elements.
Requirements Detailing, User Stories, and Solution Design:

Translate high-level business requirements and user stories into detailed data and analytics requirements.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete requirement specifications.

Validate that proposed solutions meet business needs and user expectations.
-
Design robust data and analytics solutions to address identified business needs and challenges.

Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with overall project goals.
Quality Measurement and Data Integrity:

Establish and implement data quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data solutions.

Monitor data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and resolving data issues promptly.

Measure plan quality in terms of demand supportability and plan recommendation stability.

Implement best practices for data governance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Data Issue Resolution:

Identify root causes of data-related issues and develop strategies to resolve them.

Identify system and process improvements to prevent data quality issues.

Work with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and rectify data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Develop and maintain documentation for issue resolution processes and procedures.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work across different supply chain functions (e.g., procurement, logistics, inventory management) to ensure cohesive data and analytics strategies.

Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to drive alignment and integration of data solutions.

Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
