About Stryker

Stryker is one of the world's leading medical technology companies, driven by a mission to make healthcare better. Through our innovative products and services across Medical and Surgical, Neurotechnology, Orthopaedics and Spine, we improve outcomes for more than 100 million patients each year.

Behind every successful surgery, product launch and customer experience is a high-performing supply chain. That's where you come in.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time for healthcare professionals and patients across Australia and New Zealand.

This is far more than a forecasting role. You'll operate as a strategic business partner, influencing commercial decisions, driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and helping senior leaders navigate risk, opportunity and growth across a complex and fast-moving healthcare environment.

Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain leaders, you'll transform data into actionable insights, improve forecast accuracy and drive decisions that directly impact business performance and customer outcomes.

If you're passionate about analytics, collaboration and solving complex business challenges, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your career with a global healthcare leader.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical analysis, commercial insights and cross-functional inputs

  • Lead demand planning processes and Executive Demand Review meetings to align stakeholders on a consensus demand plan

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to support strategic business decision-making

  • Provide forecasting insights, scenario analysis and risk assessments to senior leaders

  • Represent Demand Planning within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process

  • Support new product launches, portfolio transitions and lifecycle planning activities

  • Drive continuous improvement across forecasting processes, reporting, analytics and planning tools

  • Lead cross-functional projects that improve supply chain performance and business outcomes

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline

  • APICS certification or equivalent professional supply chain accreditation

  • 4–6+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or related functions

  • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, planning processes and supply chain principles

  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL and/or Power Platform

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead executive-level discussions

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

  • Experience working across complex, cross-functional business environments

  • Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare or other regulated industries

  • Exposure to global organisations and matrix environments

  • Knowledge of Oracle Demantra, i2, Demand Solutions or similar forecasting platforms

  • Experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems

  • Statistical modelling, data analytics or business intelligence experience

  • Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives

What We Offer

  • A strategic role with visibility across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain leadership teams

  • The opportunity to influence business decisions across a complex healthcare supply chain

  • Career development, strengths-based coaching and internal growth opportunities

  • Exposure to planning transformation initiatives, advanced analytics and continuous improvement projects

  • Paid parental leave, wellbeing and volunteer days, education assistance and more

  • The backing of a global Fortune 500 healthcare leader committed to making healthcare better
