  • Create engaging and visually compelling designs across websites, digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into effective creative solutions.
  • Design wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity assets that support intuitive and engaging user experiences.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and digital creative production workflows.
  • Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, social media assets, and other digital marketing collateral.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
  • Strong visual design, typography, layout, and brand communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creative excellence.
  • Experience interpreting customer, stakeholder, or performance insights to inform design decisions and optimise creative outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, influence decisions, and build strong working relationships.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior designers, freelancers, or creative contributors is highly regarded.
