Job Expectations
We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Senior Digital Producer, reporting to the Senior Digital Manager, to play a vital role in shaping and delivering high-quality content for our public website.
A bit about your role
As the Senior Digital Producer, you will be responsible for creating, managing and optimising content across nbn's owned digital platforms, ensuring that we deliver an exceptional and engaging experience for our customers. As well as supporting the development of tools and other solutions to support end customers. You will work closely with UX/UI and content teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to deliver content that not only aligns with our brand but also drives key business outcomes.
In addition, you will focus on editing and proofreading content to ensure that it is of the highest standard, aligns with digital best practices, and delivers a seamless user experience. You will also actively engage with Digital Product Owners to manage and enhance the functionality of digital platforms through the agile workflow, ensuring that improvements meet user needs. You will monitor key performance indicators, such as website traffic and user engagement, and this will allow you to make data-driven decisions, adjusting content strategies to optimise performance.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in content management, with hands-on experience with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager or similar systems. A basic understanding of HTML and content structures will be beneficial, as well as a keen eye for design and content presentation. You will have experience using analytics tools to monitor and report on digital performance, making insightful recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
Your ability to work independently, manage a variety of stakeholders, and maintain a proactive, user-first, solutions-driven mindset will be essential in this role. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to drive change through innovation and creativity.
