We are seeking a Senior Director of Digital Transformation to lead the reinvention of how work gets done through AI-driven innovation, automation, and digital enablement. This is a highly strategic role focused on transformational impact—not traditional IT operations (owned by our CIO).
As both a visionary and builder, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts to redesign outdated processes, rethink organizational structures, implement intelligent tooling, and help architect LogicMonitor’s next-generation digital workplace. Here's a closer look at this key role:Innovation & Strategic Execution
- You will Lead LogicMonitor’s enterprise digital transformation strategy, with a focus on AI, automation, and the modern workforce.
- Act as the architect of the transformation vision—designing how work should happen in a modern org, and aligning teams around that direction.
- Drive business process modernization, organizational redesign, and cross-functional alignment to support scale.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify transformation opportunities tied to operational efficiency, employee experience, and customer impact.
- Innovation and strategic execution - act as a strategic thinker coupled with someone who can roll up their sleeves and work hard
AI & Automation
- Architect and execute LogicMonitor’s AI strategy, including workforce augmentation, intelligent automation, and ethical use.
- Identify manual, outdated processes and replace them with AI-powered solutions that increase speed and precision.
- Enable functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Tech Support, PS) with AI tools tailored to their work.
- Champion AI literacy, change management, and internal enablement to drive adoption across the company.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a change agent and internal consultant, helping teams reimagine how they operate and adopt modern tools and mindsets.
- Lead a high-performing team focused on transformation execution, tooling, and data insight delivery.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships across functions to ensure transformation is embraced and sustained.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or master’s preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, business strategy, or professional services
- Experience leading technical transformation initiatives and rethinking how organizations operate
- Deep understanding of AI, automation, and modern business systems
- Background in consulting, change management, or enterprise enablement preferred
- Strong understanding of tools and systems that support GTM, operations, and internal teams
- Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills—comfortable working across technical and business stakeholders

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
