  • Support bid teams with diversity strategies, data, initiatives and progress reporting where required.
  • Coordinate Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) advisory groups, including stakeholder engagement, action tracking and progress reporting.
  • Provide practical advice and support to business leaders, People & Culture teams and other stakeholders on diversity priorities and initiatives.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to support collaboration, engagement and positive outcomes.
About you

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives within a large, complex or multi-site organisation.
  • Strong understanding of gender equality frameworks and reporting requirements, including experience with WGEA reporting and related obligations.
  • Experience coordinating programs, reporting, stakeholder engagement activities and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • The ability to provide credible advice and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working within a matrix environment and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholder groups.
  • A demonstrated ability to translate strategy into practical actions and sustainable outcomes.
