The Role
Our high-performing Environment Team is growing with a wide range of interesting projects and sustainable design. We are a large multidisciplinary company with iconic projects across renewables, environmental studies, dams & hydropower, solar power projects, energy transition and in-land rail.
We have a number of career growth opportunities within our Contaminated Land team based in Sydney.
- Senior Scientist/Engineer Scientist (7+ years)
- Associate Scientist/Engineer (10+ years)
Key responsibilities will include;
- Leading and managing contaminated land assessments including data management and reporting
- Supporting junior team members through technical reviews and technical guidance
- Project management
- Supporting large multi-disciplinary projects and opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Suitable applicants will have/be:
- A minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- CEnVP (general/contam) preferred but not essential
- Degree qualified in Environmental Science, geology, engineering, or related field
- Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary environment, share knowledge and learn from others
- Demonstrated project and time management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both internal & external clients and stakeholders
- Experience of delivering technical projects within a large multi-disciplinary technical services consultancy in a design, specialist services and project management capacity.
- The ability to submit technical reports to a high standard requiring minimal correction; and provide final review of reports
