  • Deliver sensitivity analysis, financial projections and financial models to highlight potential risks, levers and commercial impacts.
  • Work closely with the business to understand key drivers and ensure forecasts and budgets appropriately reflect performance trends.
  • Support the implementation of business strategy by identifying success metrics and reporting on progress.
  • Provide decision support across strategy analysis, cost-benefit analysis, ROI, external market insights, competitor analysis and company-wide projects.

  • CA, CPA or CIMA qualification, with 7+ years’ financial services experience
  • Experience across management accounting, performance reporting, financial modelling and financial analysis.
  • Strong Excel modelling capability and confidence working with financial data, forecasts, budgets and commercial drivers.
  • Ability to produce clear, high-quality internal and external communications, including reporting for senior audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets and regulatory requirements, with superannuation or investments experience preferred.
  • A proactive, questioning mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What’s in it for you
