As the Senior Finance Analyst - Transformation, you'll help drive enterprise-scale impact within Endeavour Group’s Transformation Results Delivery Office (RDO).

Working closely with the Senior Finance Manager and the GM Transformation, you will unlock maximum ROI on our strategic investments by translating ambitious vision into quantifiable outcomes.

In this role, you will champion a culture of accountability and benefit-driven execution, helping oversee benefits tracking and realisation.

  • Work with a range of internal stakeholders to define and articulate tangible financial and strategic benefits for all significant transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops with project leads and Finance teams to establish clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Validate core assumptions to build robust business cases and help remove roadblocks in approval processes.
  • Embed tracking frameworks across project lifecycles to proactively address any deviations from planned benefits and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver insightful dashboards and financial reporting for executive teams and governance forums on enterprise-wide benefit realisation performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear strategic narratives that inform strategic decision-making and investment priorities.
  • Champion a benefits-driven mindset across the organisation through active guidance, training, and best practice.
  • Lead continuous improvement and assurance on benefits management by regularly updating the enterprise framework and conducting quality assurance reviews.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • CA / CPA Qualification
  • 6+ years of experience in financial modelling, commercial analysis, or management accounting with proven ability to link project milestones to P&L outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting and forecasting, specifically tracking "actuals vs. target" for large-scale capital or operational expenditure
  • Ideally, experience supporting an Investment Committee or PMO to evaluate and interrogate business case assumptions with commercial rigour
