As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be a trusted commercial partner to Sales and other customer‑facing teams, playing a critical role in driving revenue performance, margin improvement, and disciplined cost management. Operating in a fast‑paced, highly commercial environment, you will bring sharp financial insight, precision, and influence to key decisions.

This role requires strong business partnering capability, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders, whilst still maintaining strong relationships. You will leverage advanced analytical capability (particularly in Excel) to cut, manipulate, and interpret complex data sets, translating them into clear stories and actionable recommendations that drive commercial outcomes.

About you:

You are a commercially minded finance professional with a strong background in FMCG or large, well‑established consumer or household brands. You bring a sales‑oriented mindset to finance - understanding revenue drivers, pricing levers, customer economics, and the commercial realities faced by Sales teams.

You build trust and credibility quickly through strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. You are comfortable influencing sales and commercial leaders, asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and driving impact. You enjoy getting into the detail, but always lift the conversation to the story and the “so what”.

You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, juggle multiple priorities with confidence, and take pride in producing high‑quality, commercially relevant analysis that supports better decision‑making.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to Sales and Divisional Leaders, providing commercial insight, challenge, and support

  • Deliver detailed commercial analysis and deep dives to support pricing decisions, promotions, sales performance, and investment decisions

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote strong financial acumen across the business through clear communication and knowledge sharing

  • Analyse financial and non‑financial impacts of commercial actions, clearly communicating outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders

  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and operational teams to drive collaboration, improve commercial performance, and identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management with a strong focus on revenue, margin, and cost control

Must have experience/skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance related topic and CPA or CA qualified;

  • 5 years’ experience in a commerially focused finance role, ideally within FMCG or large, brand-led organisations with established commercial teams;

  • Proven experience in business partnering and influencing across all level of stakeholder to impact change and make things happen

  • Pricing experience, including reviewing, analysing and providing pricing recommendation to drive margin improvement

  • Advanced analytic capability with experience working with large data sets, drawing meaningful insights and translating those to actions

  • A high attention to detail and the ability to transform data findings into recommendations and present them back (via different formats) to all level of stakeholder including executives;

  • A curious, proactive and continuous improvement mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once

  •  Experience within the medical devices or healthcare industries
