  • Lead the continuous enhancement of financial controls, governance frameworks and risk management processes
  • Partner with Group Finance, Treasury, Tax and Shared Services teams to support reporting and compliance obligations
  • Lead the end-to-end financial governance of partner onboarding, billing and payment processes, ensuring financial integrity, compliance and control effectiveness.
  • Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives across the finance function
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • 8+ years' experience in Financial Control, Financial Reporting, Audit or Corporate Accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and statutory reporting requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leading month-end, half-year and year-end reporting processes
  • Experience preparing or reviewing statutory financial statements and legal entity reporting
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, governance and risk management frameworks
