As the Senior Finance Manager, Transformation you will drive enterprise-scale impact within Endeavour Group’s Transformation Results Delivery Office (RDO).

Working directly with the GM Transformation, you will unlock maximum ROI on our strategic investments by translating ambitious vision into quantifiable outcomes.

In this role, you will champion a culture of accountability and benefit-driven execution, refining and embedding the benefits framework that power our market leadership.

Sound good? Read on.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

Refine and Embed Enterprise Benefits Management Framework:

  • Work with the GM Transformation and senior Finance stakeholders to refine and embed a comprehensive benefits management methodology to deliver Endeavour’s overall Transformation.
  • Ensure the framework integrates seamlessly with existing portfolio management and financial reporting processes.

Drive Benefit Identification and Planning:

  • Collaborate with Project Leads and Finance teams to accurately define and articulate tangible and intangible benefits for all significant initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure benefits are measurable, aligned with strategic objectives, and have clear ownership for realisation.
  • Support the creation of robust business cases by ensuring benefit assumptions are validated and clearly documented.
  • Coordinate detailed review and sign-off of business cases with relevant Finance teams, promote consistency in methodology across Finance teams, and help remove roadblocks in the validation and approval process.

Oversee Benefit Realisation and Tracking:

  • In conjunction with the GM Transformation, refine and embed a robust system for monitoring and tracking the realisation of planned benefits throughout the project lifecycle and beyond project closure.
  • Proactively identify and address any deviations from expected benefit realisation, working with Project Leads and Owners to implement corrective actions.

Foster a Culture of Benefits Accountability:

  • Champion the importance of benefit realisation across Endeavour Group, providing training and guidance to project teams and business owners.
  • Promote best practices in benefits management and actively engage with stakeholders to embed a benefit-driven mindset.
  • Establish clear roles and responsibilities for benefit ownership and accountability within projects and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you:

  • CA / CPA Qualification.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial modelling, commercial analysis, or management accounting with proven ability to link project milestones to P&L outcomes.
  • Proven experience supporting an Investment Committee or PMO to evaluate and interrogate business case assumptions with commercial rigour.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting and forecasting, specifically tracking "actuals vs. target" for large-scale capital or operational expenditure.
  • Proven track record in collaborating with Finance Business Partners to validate and "bank" savings.
