The Opportunity
As a Senior Fund Analyst at Dexus you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Fund Manager to deliver strong outcomes by contributing to the development and execution of the Fund’s Investment Strategy. You’ll gain a deep understanding of the Fund Model, portfolio dynamics, and key drivers of returns, while building trusted relationships across the business.
You will make an impact by:
Assisting the Fund Manager in preparing and implementing the Fund’s Investment Strategy.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders—including Asset Managers, Development Managers, Finance, Research, and Capital Transactions—to ensure effective strategy execution.
Administering and updating the Fund Model, including calculating asset and Fund-level returns.
Performing portfolio and fund-level attribution and contribution analysis to assess performance.
Analysing the strategic and financial impact of acquisitions, divestments, capital projects, and major lease transactions.
About You
To thrive as a Senior Fund Analyst, you’ll bring strong financial expertise, analytical capability, and collaborative skills to support the Fund Manager in delivering strategic outcomes.
You’ll bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or Commerce, with 3+ years’ relevant experience (property or finance industry preferred).
Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights from complex data.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with valuation software (e.g., Argus, Cougar, Forbury) advantageous.
A collaborative, adaptable mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
