Who we are?

InfoTrack is a leading SaaS technology innovator that is helping a range of professionals, businesses and individuals in a digital age. We care about what we do and the people we work with. We partner with our clients to identify their challenges and constantly look for ways to evolve our products to maximise their impact.

This role sits within ATI Global's Group Finance function in Sydney, partnering across all Group entities.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on analyst role at ATI Global's Group Finance & Data BI team. It is not a pure data-engineering role and it is not a pure dashboard-building role, it is a hybrid role designed for someone who is equally comfortable working inside data and working in front of finance and commercial stakeholders.

Your time will split roughly 50 / 50 between two halves of the same job:

50% - Non-financial data management. Owning the consolidation, cleansing, and governance of Group customer, product, billing, and operational data across our entities so the Group has one trusted source of truth.

50% - Analytical business partner to Group FP&A and Group M&A. Working alongside the FP&A team to analyse non-financial drivers behind the budget and forecast, and supporting the M&A team with customer, product, and pricing analysis for due diligence and IPO-readiness.

About you

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and wants significant influence over how a global organisation structures and leverages its data capability moving forward.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and manage customer, product, billing, and operational data across multiple Group entities.
  • Build and maintain scalable data models that support reporting, forecasting, and business insights.
  • Cleanse, reconcile, and validate complex datasets, including matching billing data to financial records in NetSuite.
  • Establish and maintain master data governance standards across the Group.
  • Develop automated data pipelines and reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver trusted insights and support decision-making.
  • Support strategic initiatives including forecasting, performance reporting, and M&A due diligence.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of both SaaS/subscription metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, GRR, NRR, expansion revenue, seat and plan analytics) and transactional platform metrics (order volume, AOV, customer frequency, attach rate, per-order pricing).
  • Experience analysing customer, product, pricing, and revenue data across complex business models. Pure IT or data engineering backgrounds without commercial analytics experience will not be considered.
  • Experience partnering with Australian-based finance, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with experience producing data and reporting used for board reporting, audit, and other business-critical decision-making.
  • 4+ years' experience in a senior data analyst, commercial analyst, FP&A analyst, or business analyst role with significant exposure to both data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills with the ability to independently extract, analyse, and validate data.
  • Experience cleansing, reconciling, and governing master data, including customer, product, and billing datasets.
  • Proven ability to define, document, and govern business metrics in partnership with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
