About Prezzee

Prezzee is a global leader in digital gifting and payments, having sold over 140 million gift cards through partnerships with more than 1,500 brands and serving over 6 million customers worldwide. Our mission is to change lives through the power of giving — leveraging borderless payment technology and innovative digital solutions to help people connect and create memorable moments that truly matter.

About the role:

As our Senior Growth & Insights Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping how Prezzee grows by turning complex data into actionable commercial insights. Working closely with the Head of Growth & Lifecycle and partnering across Marketing, Data, Product and Commercial teams, you'll influence strategic decisions that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue across our global B2C, B2B and B2B2C business. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on analytics with strategic impact, helping build a data-driven growth culture while optimising performance across multiple markets and channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse marketing and commercial performance across B2C, B2B and B2B2C channels to identify trends, optimise performance and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks and performance narratives that provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Commercial and Partnerships teams to measure campaigns, evaluate experiments and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Deliver customer, commercial and market insights that inform segmentation, lifecycle strategies, pricing, partnerships and investment decisions.
  • Define and enhance measurement frameworks across key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, attribution, funnel conversion, cohort performance and incrementality.
  • Build analytical segmentation and customer lifecycle insights to uncover opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention and monetisation.
  • Partner with MarTech, Data and Engineering teams to improve data quality, tracking, data models and reporting reliability across marketing and customer platforms.
  • Integrate and analyse data from multiple internal and external sources to create a unified view of customer behaviour and business performance.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline analytical processes and improve the efficiency of insight generation through AI and modern analytics tools.
  • Champion best practices in marketing analytics, measurement and data governance while fostering a culture of insight-led decision-making.

What are we looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing analytics, insights or data roles, ideally within digital, e-commerce, fintech or marketplace businesses.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience analysing and integrating multiple data sources to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, experimentation and performance analytics.
  • Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems and marketing technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, commercially focused insights and recommendations for a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience working in complex data environments, with a focus on improving data quality, governance and reporting reliability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a commercial mindset and a passion for using data to drive growth, efficiency and better customer outcomes.
