About the Opportunity
The Senior Growth Manager will own local growth strategy and end-to-end program delivery across product go-to-market, customer growth, and priority segments, including advanced traders and VIPs.
This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role responsible for translating business and product priorities into coordinated growth initiatives and measurable commercial outcomes. The role will act as the key local stakeholder for global Performance Marketing and Lifecycle teams while working closely with Product, Relationship Management, Data, Marketing, and other regional and global stakeholders.
What You'll be Doing
- Own local growth initiatives end to end, from strategy and planning through execution, optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Lead go-to-market programs for priority products, defining target segments, customer journeys, messaging, incentives, channel plans, and success metrics.
- Develop full-funnel growth strategies for advanced traders, VIPs, high-value customers, and other priority segments, driving funding, trading activity, product adoption, retention, revenue, and lifetime value.
- Design loyalty, reward, engagement, and reactivation programs that support sustainable customer and commercial growth.
- Act as the key local stakeholder for global Performance Marketing and Lifecycle teams, translating local priorities into campaign briefs and collaborating on audiences, customer journeys, creative and messaging.
- Plan and execute customer events, VIP experiences, partner activations, and industry engagements, managing delivery from objectives and budgets through to stakeholder coordination and post-event reporting.
- Partner with Product, Data, Relationship Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to deliver coordinated, compliant, and commercially sustainable growth programs.
- Monitor customer and commercial performance, identify growth opportunities, and communicate insights, results, and recommendations to local, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, commercial growth, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing growth or go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle growth, retention, reactivation, and monetisation.
- Basic understanding of paid-media and lifecycle-marketing principles, with the ability to brief and collaborate effectively with specialist teams.
- Experience planning and executing customer events, VIP engagements, partner activations, or industry events.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to connect growth activities to customer and business outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and work effectively with regional and global teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills.
- Proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry is advantageous.
- Experience working with sophiscated investors, institution, VIPs, loyalty programs, affiliates, or high-value customer segments is advantageous.
