Backed by MYOB and serving over one million employees nationally, we're a fast-growing, diverse team of 100+ employees on a mission to make the world of work better, easier, and more beneficial for everyone.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-impact Senior Growth Marketer - B2C role for someone who wants to own real commercial growth, move quickly and work across the full growth engine for Flare’s employee benefits products — starting with private health insurance.

You’ll be part of a lean, fast-moving team where your judgement, curiosity and ability to act will matter every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who can spot opportunities, decide what to test or change, and use a wide range of growth levers — from CRM and lifecycle journeys to website experiences, in-app engagement, messaging, offers and product-led growth — to improve lead generation, engagement, conversion and revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
-  Drive growth across employee benefits products — starting with private health insurance — by building and optimising B2C campaigns that generate qualified leads, engagement and revenue.

-  Shape the customer journey across channels, using email, in-app, push, website and product-led experiences to reach employees with the right message at the right moment.

-  Turn performance data into action, reviewing weekly results to identify gaps, spot opportunities and make practical improvements to targeting, messaging, creative, offers or journey design.

-  Run smart experiments that move the numbers, testing value propositions, incentives, landing pages, product copy, prompts and feature ideas to unlock new growth opportunities.

-  Build and launch campaigns end to end, including CRM, lifecycle, trigger-based and automated journeys for segmented employee audiences.

-  Create clear, conversion-focused messaging that makes Flare’s employee benefits feel relevant, valuable and easy to act on.

-  Bring commercial judgment to growth decisions, using engagement, conversion, retention and revenue metrics to decide what to start, stop, change or scale.

-  Share clear recommendations with stakeholders, helping leadership and cross-functional teams understand what’s working, what isn’t and where to focus next.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
-  You’ll bring experience in B2C growth, lifecycle, retention, engagement or CRM marketing, with a track record of turning customer behaviour into commercial results.

-  Know how to build CRM and lifecycle programs hands-on, including automated journeys, trigger-based campaigns and segmented audience experiences.

-  Be comfortable moving from strategy to execution — shaping the plan, launching campaigns, reviewing performance and improving what happens next.

-  Use data and business insight to optimise for qualified leads, product adoption, conversion, revenue and value.

-  Understand how segmentation, personalisation, behavioural triggers and lead nurture can move customers through the journey.

-  Work well across product, sales and marketing teams, bringing curiosity, clarity and practical recommendations to the work — including using AI tools to move smarter and faster.
