FactSet is seeking an Senior Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation Team to focus on delivering our Performance, Analytics and Risk Solutions to our clients. Implementation Specialists are part of a fast growing team comprised of subject matter experts, combining product and industry knowledge to help ensure customer success during implementations. Implementation Specialists are expected to be experts in FactSet’s Buy Side solutions. As an implementation specialist you will work with an Implementation Project Team to lead successful client implementations.

Our Implementation Team is a key partner to our clients to support complex changes across their organizations, drive enterprise deployments of FactSet solutions, manage organizational restructures, and implement process improvements.  Those in our core analytics team deliver our industry leading analytics suite of products to our clients.  These people are problem solvers, have the agility to deliver solutions across on-platform and off-platform solutions, and possess the desire to provide the highest level of client satisfaction in the industry.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Invest time to become an expert across our analytics suite of products and improve your industry knowledge

  • Partner with clients and colleagues to gather business requirements and translate them into solutions

  • Develop high-quality workflows for our clients that are scalable, supportable, and exceed our clients’ expectations

  • Partner with our data integration teams to advise on extracting, transforming, and loading client and third-party data for use in FactSet

  • Collaborate with internal and external project management personnel to communicate progress, maintain scope and identify risks

  • Perform checks on your outputs to ensure we provide solutions that are of high quality

  • Effectively communicate with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry.

  • Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunity during the implementation process.

  • Document solutions to ensure supportability

  • Partner with Product Development and Engineering to ensure that client feedback is integrated into our products where feasible

  • Provide user training and support the development of training programs.

  • Facilitate transition from implementation phase to support.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience working with performance and risk analytics.

  • Strong technical background.

  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture

  • Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members in offices globally

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and responsibilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with senior-level FactSet stakeholders and clients

  • CIPM, CFA, FRM, or desire to pursue is a plus
