We are seeking an experienced Senior Indirect Procurement Representative to own and optimise indirect spend categories across ANZ & Fiji, driving efficiency, innovation, and strong supplier partnerships.
About the Role
In this critical business-facing role, you will manage assigned indirect procurement categories, deliver measurable savings, strengthen supplier performance, and partner closely with stakeholders to enable smart, value-driven procurement decisions. You will also be a key contributor to analytics, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the ANZ procurement function.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Manage indirect procurement categories, lead RFx processes, and deliver savings and efficiency.
Negotiate contracts, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure compliance.
Analyse spend data, track KPIs, and provide insights for strategic decisions.
Collaborate with business teams and global procurement to align sourcing strategies.
Uphold governance, ethical standards, and support audits across ANZ & Fiji.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and category strategies.
About You

Strong analytical skills and experience in procurement reporting
Proven RFx management and cost-savings achievements
Strong stakeholder and supplier management capabilities including negotiation
Strong communication and influencing capability
Knowledge of ANZ compliance, contract management, and regulatory frameworks
