The role

The Strategy and Commercial team are at the forefront of shaping Prospa’s future vision and driving results. This role is a unique opportunity for someone to be involved in high impact projects and working closely with various parts of the business.

You will work closely with stakeholders including Go-To-Market, Product & Technology and Finance and co-ordinate a collaborative approach to decision making and execution. You will develop a deep understanding of strategy development, commercial product management and lead projects. You will have the opportunity to work with senior leaders and influence stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and deliver key strategic initiatives that drive measurable business impact
  • Align cross-functional teams around product strategy, influencing senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Product, and Tech teams to navigate priorities, risks, and dependencies
  • Monitor performance metrics to detect trends and recommend actionable solutions
  • Partner with Finance and Data teams to evaluate opportunities and support decision-making
  • Lead efforts to boost customer acquisition and retention, contributing to loan book growth
  • Coordinate product changes with Legal, Compliance, and Tech teams for smooth execution
  • Identify gaps in current offerings and help shape the strategic roadmap
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs
  • Work closely with Data & Analytics to uncover insights that inform strategy
What you'll need to succeed
  • Over 7 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a strong background in product management leadership and driving strategic initiatives
  • Proven execution skills in project delivery, business alignment, and cross-functional team coordination
  • Skilled at influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to partner effectively with Data, Finance, and Risk teams to facilitate solution development and informed decision-making
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights
  • Natural problem-solver, motivated by complex challenges
  • Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
