  • Own the Cruise marketing pipeline, partnering with Marketing and CRM to drive demand, conversion and campaign performance.
  • Lead Cruise technology and platform priorities with Product and Technology teams, improving capability, booking flows and scalability.
  • Drive operational improvements across the customer and partner journey, removing bottlenecks and improving fulfilment and customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functionally across the business while providing accurate forecasting and forward-looking commercial recommendations based on performance, market trends and industry developments.
  • Build the processes, commercial disciplines and industry presence required to scale Cruise, representing Luxury Escapes at trade shows, conferences, ship inspections and partner meetings.
