Job Description


Job Summary

To develop and execute the digital acquisition strategy for Domain across our Commercial Real Estate & Agent/B2B segment. Work with internal and external stakeholders to create and optimise always-on programs across digital acquisition, cross-sell and customer retention.

Ensure alignment of Performance marketing campaigns with overall business strategy. Develop and grow stakeholder relationships to share results and communicate team wins.

This is a 12-month Maternity Leave Cover

Responsibilities

  • Owning the digital media acquisition strategy across our Commercial Real Estate & Agent segment
  • Hands-on day-to-day management of performance marketing activity across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display & Video channels
  • Monitoring and optimising the ongoing performance of campaign activity
  • Measuring and reporting on full end-to-end campaign performance
  • Communicating performance and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Performance forecasting and budget management
  • Work with the product & product marketing team to design and run campaign and landing page experiments to improve campaign performance
  • Ongoing testing and refinement of audience strategy
  • Monitoring competitor activity in-market
  • Working with internal stakeholders to ensure all required tracking and tagging is in place
  • Coordinating with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing channels

Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a solid understanding of performance marketing channels;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into a targeted performance marketing strategy;
  • Extensive experience creating, implementing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display), Facebook Ads Manager, Programmatic exchanges and affiliates;
  • Strong data visualisation skills to effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business;
  • Comfortable taking ownership and defining key success metrics with a high level of accountability to deliver on KPIs;
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics and tag management systems;
  • Ability to use other tools as required such as Tableau, Datorama
  • Knowledge of HTML, 3rd party ad tags, and other forms of digital ad code;
  • Strong collaborative skills, showing initiative to improve processes, solve problems and be a true team player;
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in business and marketing or able to demonstrate experience to a similar level
