The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who will be responsible for revenue modeling & analysis, metrics & performance tracking, and gross margin management. A successful candidate will play a key role in our ongoing performance evaluation and analysis efforts, developing a deep expertise in company metrics, the underlying calculations and drivers, and overall becoming a KPI thought-leader within the business. This individual will also be responsible for collaborating with business leadership as well as various functional groups in the organization such as Commercial, Operations, Analytics, Finance and Accounting, acting as the glue that helps keep the FP&A team in lock-step with the rest of the organization. This position will report to the Director, FP&A.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Acquire intimate knowledge and expertise of Company KPIs, their calculations, and their drivers
  • Updates reports and changes in reports timely and with care
  • Develop processes alongside Director to standardize and streamline work streams
  • Attention to detail in work product
  • Follows instruction and takes direction from Finance Director
  • Builds trust with cross functional stakeholders, manager and finance team
  • Maintains spreadsheet and modeling best practices
  • High degree of professionalism


What You Bring to The Team:

  • Strong mathematical, statistical, and technical finance/economic skills
  • Competent proficiency in financial, analytical, and economics modeling
  • Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaning
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem solving skills
  • Proficient understanding of concepts related to Unit Economics, Pricing models, optimization analysis, LTV/CAC
  • Ability to stay organized while managing several projects and reporting cadences simultaneously
  • Proactive thinking and planning

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
