Qantas Loyalty is a high performing business and has a history of launching exciting new brands and services that make a difference to its millions of Frequent Flyer and Business Rewards members. Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Business Rewards remain at the core of the program, while the business has evolved to include major partnerships and ventures across Financial Services and Retail, as well as a number of businesses such as Qantas Money, Qantas Insurance and Qantas Wine.

As the Senior Manager, Holidays & Experiences, you will play a key role in delivering customer-led and commercially focused outcomes across the Qantas and Jetstar Holidays portfolio, including Cruises and Experiences.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using market insights and industry expertise to identify growth opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and drive revenue performance. Working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager Partnerships and the Head of Hotels & Holidays, you’ll hold end-to-end ownership of the P&L, overseeing campaign execution and ensuring strong commercial outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring compelling offers and holiday packages are brought to market, with a strong focus on measuring performance and continuously optimising results. You’ll collaborate closely across Product, Digital, Marketing and Airline teams, while leading the critical partnership with Qantas and Jetstar Airlines.

 

You’ll have –

  • 10+ years’ experience in the travel, airline or OTA industry, with strong commercial exposure
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence decisions including pricing, product and performance strategy
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience working cross-functionally in complex, matrix environments
  • A proactive, outcomes-focused approach with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast-paced team
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
  • Experience in financial performance management and planning
  • Exposure to digital product environments and agile ways of working
