Your Opportunity

Step into a pivotal role as a trusted Australian immigration expert, shaping strategic outcomes for leading organisations across diverse industries. You’ll work alongside senior leaders and mentor junior team members, driving excellence in immigration and global mobility solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex migration engagements, providing authoritative advice on employer-sponsored migration and high-stakes visa applications.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior executives, and clients’ global mobility teams becoming their go-to advisor on immigration strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate KPMG’s broader global mobility services, influencing business growth and client success.
  • Navigate and resolve intricate migration challenges with confidence and precision.

Your Experience

We’re looking for a seasoned professional who brings depth, leadership, and vision:

  • Registered Migration Agent with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Australian immigration.
  • Demonstrated expertise across a wide spectrum of immigration matters and visa subclasses, ideally in complex and high-volume environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, mentor consultants, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of engaging senior-level clients.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance priorities, manage deadlines, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • A genuine passion for immigration and a commitment to staying ahead of legislative and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

You must be a registered migration agent.
