About the Role

  • Set the Strategy: Define a customer-first, insight-led marketing strategy across Customer and Dasher audiences, making clear trade-offs to balance long-term brand building with short-term performance.
  • Drive High-Impact Campaigns: Lead the development of cohesive, multi-channel campaigns that translate business priorities into culturally resonant, high-impact go-to-market executions.
  • Ensure Integration & Excellence: Orchestrate cross-functional alignment, ensuring campaigns are consistent, scalable, and continuously optimised through learnings, reporting, and playbooks.
  • Leverage Partnerships for Growth: Oversee co-marketing and partnerships to amplify reach and relevance, harnessing DoorDash’s merchant and partner ecosystem to drive incremental impact.
We’re excited about you because…
  • 12+ years of integrated marketing experience across in-house and agency environments, with bonus experience in challenger brands or tech.
  • Experienced people leader who has managed large high-performing teams and fosters a strong, collaborative team culture.
  • Strong ability to leverage data and insights to build customer-centric strategies and deliver campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Proven track record of making high-quality decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with incomplete information
  • Skilled at influencing cross-functional stakeholders and building structure from ambiguity, with a track record of driving or unlocking significant business growth.
