A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Manager Leadership Development & Capability reporting to Executive Manager - Future Workforce Capability and Leadership.

A bit about your role

As the Senior Manager Leadership Development & Capability, you will lead the evolution, execution and governance of nbn’s enterprise leadership development portfolio, ensuring our leaders are equipped to deliver the ambitions of nbn2030. You will develop and execute a clear leadership development roadmap that builds capability across the organisation, with a strong focus on digital leadership, AI adoption, future workforce capability, innovation, transformation and change leadership.

In this role, you will partner closely with executive leaders across the business to understand emerging capability needs and translate them into contemporary, scalable and measurable development experiences. You will shape the frameworks, learning solutions and leadership experiences that support leaders at every stage of their journey, from emerging leaders through to senior executives. By connecting enterprise strategy with practical capability outcomes, you will play a key role in creating the leadership culture needed to thrive in an increasingly connected, technology-enabled and rapidly evolving environment.

A bit about you

You have successfully led enterprise-wide leadership portfolios, developed leadership frameworks and strategic capability architectures, and designed impactful development experiences that align to strategic priorities and deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.

You are curious, collaborative and future-focused, with a deep understanding of contemporary leadership development practices and the evolving expectations of leaders in a digital and AI-enabled world. You are confident working with senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes and translating insights into practical solutions that drive behaviour change and measurable impact. With a thoughtful and inclusive approach, you build trusted relationships, navigate complexity with confidence, and inspire leaders to embrace new ways of thinking, leading and delivering for the future.
