What’s the role?

The Senior Manager, Lender Partnerships will manage the relationships and day to day operations between Aussie and its lender and strategic partners to maximise mutual benefits, efficiencies and customer/broker service delivery. Manage key projects, act as a national escalation point and actively manage lender’s service delivery, regulatory or compliance frameworks and large-scale change initiatives by Lendi Group and its lender partners.

    Job Description


    • Develop and foster effective working relationships between all relevant internal stakeholders within the Lendi Group business, our panel lenders and strategic partners
    • Work with lender and strategic partners to ensure sharing of best practices and optimisation of customer and business outcomes for both parties
    • Encourage and manage engagement with internal Lendi Group staff through building strong relationships and driving a high-performance culture
    • Work closely with strategic partners to fully understand business and strategic priorities and develop joint initiatives to derive mutual business and customer benefits from these
    • Effectively manage the delivery of our market leading Lendi Group Partnership Program to ensure that mutual value is derived, and strategic objectives of the program are achieved
    • Proactively demonstrate the ROI to lenders and ensure all elements of the program are executed according to commitments made to each partner.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in a senior relationship management role – mortgage industry
    • Demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key stake holders (internal and external)
    • Ability to understand the unique Aussie sales model and culture and provide support to the team as required at all levels
    • Project management experience
    • Ability to work under pressure and organise priorities to meet deadlines
    • A team player who values participation and leadership over individualism
