The Operations Accounting team at CoreWeave plays a critical role in supporting financial accuracy and operational scalability across our data center operations and supply chain. This team ensures effective accounting for complex operational activities, manages SOX controls, drives process improvements, and serves as a strategic partner to both Finance and business leadership. As we continue scaling, this team is instrumental in aligning accounting processes with CoreWeave’s hyper-growth and operational excellence.
About the Role:As the Senior Manager, Operations Accounting, you’ll lead a team responsible for the financial accounting of data center operations and supply chain activities. You’ll oversee compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company policies while also identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy. This role requires a strong technical foundation, operational fluency, and leadership capability to manage complex, cross-functional relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operational Leaders to ensure financial insights and controls support business objectives.
Who You Are:6+ years of relevant accounting experience in a large public multinational company or Big 4 firm.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.
Demonstrated experience leading accounting teams, managing financial reporting and control processes.
Proven track record of process improvement, root cause analysis, and implementing operational efficiencies.
Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and technical accounting skills.
Capable of navigating cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Big 4 public accounting background.
Experience in supply chain or data center operational accounting.
Familiarity with ERP systems and internal audit coordination.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $135,000 to $162,000 and $178,000 to $216,000, accordingly. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
