  • Strong end‑to‑end understanding of how telco products operate.

  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable commercial insight.

  • Experience improving product efficiency and reducing cost‑to‑serve at scale.

  • Proven ability to convert operational pain points into structured enhancement opportunities.

  • Effective collaborator across Digital Experience, Call Centre, Web, Platforms and Operations.

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

  • Structured thinker with strong commercial judgement.

How will you support our “Why?”

  • Lead product lifecycle optimisation across Aussie Broadband, championing priorities and influencing outcomes toward measurable improvement.

  • Develop optimisation strategy aligned to the 3‑Year Product Strategy, using performance data and customer friction insights to set clear priorities.

  • Drive enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce cost‑to‑serve and streamline journeys across Call Centre, Web and App.

  • Partner with Digital Experience to deliver consistent, simplified multi‑channel product journeys.

  • Work closely with Networks and Engineering to ensure optimisation decisions are informed, feasible and commercially sound.

  • Lead the Product Operations team to deliver structured, outcome‑driven optimisation roadmaps.

  • Turn performance insights into clear business cases that quantify efficiency, Opex and operational impact.

  • Address systemic friction at its root to deliver scalable, long‑term improvement.
