Provides leadership and oversight to the Sales Expert group. Identifies, qualifies, develops and closes sales within a service line, vertical or sector. Plans, facilitates and conducts complex client negotiations and applies consultative selling skills to develop attractive value propositions. Utilizes advanced knowledge of DN product and service offerings and understanding of the client's business to develop customized proposals and creative solutions. Maintains effective client relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers to understand the client's requirements match them with solutions and close the deal. Collaborates with delivery teams to ensure that delivery capability matches the proposed solution. Responsibilities
  • Provides oversight and guidance to a Sales Expert team in negotiations for moderately complex contracts within small to mid-sized accounts.
  • Manages a pipeline of qualified prospects in line with DN's overall sales and growth strategy.
  • Identifies and researches potential prospects, developing detailed account plans in line with a complex sale methodology and driving sufficient demand to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Utilizes advanced knowledge of DN's service offerings and understanding of the customer's business to develop customized proposals that present creative solutions that successfully sell the organization's capabilities.
  • Ensures solution value drivers are reflected in the client value proposition of sales team proposals.
  • May assist with quota setting at the team / individual level.
  • Typically manages a small team of Sales Experts. Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Typically has 8-10 years of experience in Sales Expert and typically 2-4 years leadership experience.
  • Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Retail Store or Banking Branch procedures and the utilization of technology within the environment.
  • General knowledge of Diebold Nixdorf products and services is a plus.
  • Strong experience in leading a quota carrying Sales Team ideal.
  • Consultative sales experience at C Level.
  • Exhibit skills, characteristics, traits and work habits that greatly enhance the likelihood of success as a Sales Manager.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills at all levels of the organization, including senior executive levels.
  • Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
