Join us as a Senior Marketing Advisor at our Acacia Ridge branch, where you’ll play a key role in shaping impactful marketing initiatives.
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract (maternity leave cover), Monday to Friday, offering the chance to contribute your expertise within a high‑performing, purpose‑driven team.
What you’ll be doing:
Create and execute comprehensive, integrated sector and industry specific Marketing plans.
Manage the campaign lifecycle including brief development, budget management, agency coordination, and performance reporting and optimisation.
Review campaign outcomes and implement improvements to Marketing plans.
Be a customer champion and internal Subject Matter Expert in Marketing.
Create and implement Customer Value Propositions for key market segments.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to shape customer insights and market research that support campaign optimisation and drive sales.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth development and execution of Marketing activity.
What you’ll need:
A successful teammate will have experience in:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum five years’ experience developing and delivering integrated, customer‑centric marketing strategies and initiatives, including email campaigns, website content management, and the creation of landing pages to support business growth.
Strong understanding of core marketing principles and techniques, spanning design, editorial, digital, and strategic marketing.
Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
