Senior MarTech Platform Engineer


About the Role


At Domain (part of the CoStar Group), we're looking for a Senior MarTech Platform Engineer to help build and evolve the technology that powers our customer engagement and marketing capabilities.


Working across Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering, you'll design and support integrations, customer data solutions, and marketing platforms that enable personalised customer experiences at scale.


This is a hands-on engineering role focused on platform implementation, system integration, automation, and customer data enablement.


What You'll Do


  • Build and support integrations across Domain's MarTech ecosystem.
  • Implement and enhance Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities.
  • Develop APIs, services, and event-driven solutions that connect customer, marketing, and data platforms.
  • Enable reliable customer data flows across the business.
  • Support audience segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Contribute to platform architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and reliability.

What You'll Bring


MarTech Experience


Experience working with MarTech platforms and customer data solutions, including exposure to technologies such as:

  • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
  • Tealium
  • Braze
  • GA4
  • Mixpanel
  • Snowflake
  • Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Marketing platforms

Technical Experience


Strong software engineering and integration experience, including:


  • C#/.NET, TypeScript, or Java
  • API development and system integrations
  • Cloud platforms and services
  • Event-driven architectures
  • Data and platform integration projects
  • Modern software engineering practices
