This role is for someone who loves solving problems through technology. Someone who enjoys connecting platforms, improving processes, automating repetitive work, and enabling marketing and commercial teams to operate at their best.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data and Engineering teams to design, implement and optimise the technology that powers customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth.

If you enjoy CRM architecture, marketing automation, customer journeys, reporting, integrations and building scalable systems that drive measurable business outcomes, this could be the role for you.

You'll be great if you bring
  • Strong experience managing and optimising modern Martech platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Customer.io, Braze, Intercom, Segment or similar.

  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, customer journeys and attribution.

  • Experience designing and implementing integrations across marketing, sales, customer success and data platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, automation tools and data flows.

  • Ability to work through ambiguity and deliver practical outcomes.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.

Bonus things you could bring along to the role
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, architecture or Revenue Operations.

  • Experience with customer data platforms such as Segment, mParticle or RudderStack.

  • Experience with marketing analytics and attribution tools.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python or low-code automation platforms.

  • Experience implementing AI-powered marketing and commercial workflows.

  • Experience working with CMS platforms, websites and conversion optimisation tools.

  • Experience in a high-growth technology company.

What you'll do
  • Own and evolve Halter's marketing technology ecosystem.

  • Design, build and optimise automated customer acquisition, engagement and retention workflows.

  • Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to improve campaign execution, reporting, attribution and lead management processes.

  • Build and maintain integrations between CRM, marketing automation, customer success, product and data platforms.

  • Improve the quality, accessibility and reliability of customer, lead and account data across systems.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process improvement.

  • Support experimentation, personalisation and lifecycle marketing initiatives through scalable technology solutions.

  • Evaluate and implement new Martech tools and capabilities as Halter continues to grow.

  • Contribute to Halter's commercial systems strategy and establish best practices across marketing operations and revenue operations.

  • Delicious snacks and drinks are available for your daily flow.

  • Healthy body, healthy mind. We're partnered with Southern Cross Health Insurance to support your well-being.

  • We offer 6 months of fully paid parental leave for primary caregivers, 4 weeks of fully paid secondary caregiver leave and many other parental benefits that support you and your family.

  • Our personal growth is important. Halter offers an annual $1000 self-development budget to be used for anything that fuels personal growth.

  • Our time to recharge is valued, we're offered wellness leave and unlimited paid annual leave.

  • Importantly, we offer an inclusive and attractive remuneration package made up of salary, benefits and an employee stock ownership plan.
